Return and Exchange Policy

If we make a mistake, we will refund you.

Clothing items are exchange only. (Request must be made within 3 Days of your delivered order and if approved for exchanged, returned to us within 30 days).

  1. Items must be in original condition.
  2. Log into your account select exchange next to the item you ordered.
  3. We will then email your next steps.

I . Return Process:

​If you have a problem after receiving your order please send an email to our customer service at returns@skinbodyu.com within 3 days of receipt of item. If your item can be approved for a refund,  we must receive the item with 30 days of your delivery to honor  your refund.

The Return/exchange Policy excludes perceived quality, fabric, color aberration issues caused by personal or subjective judgment & size issues caused by personal neglect since we have indicated the size, color and fabric on our page.

III . Exchange & Refund

There are no refunds, due to Covid 19 and its variant. If you feel we made a mistake or you need to exchange, please email returns@skinbodyu.com within 3 days of your delivery.

Ⅳ . Shipping Fees

SkinbodyU is not liable for any shipping fees (Unless we made the mistake).

Ⅴ. Package Returned

1. Please tell us the tracking number after you have returned an item.

VI. Purchase Not Eligible for Return:

Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return or exchange.

Swimwear is not eligible for return or exchange.

Swimwear can only be returned/exchanged if it is defective/damaged or wrong item.

You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect when you submitting the return/exchange request.

Fragrance items are eligible only if the product has not been opened and is in the original package you received it in.

After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.

VII. Order Cancellation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request here once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
