30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SkinBodyU purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition as received
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Personalized or custom items cannot be returned
  • Sale or clearance items may have different return policies

How to Return Items

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours
  4. Package items securely in original packaging
  5. Ship items back using provided return label or your preferred carrier
  6. Track your return shipment to ensure it arrives safely

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item was defective or incorrect
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, shade, or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.

This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed first.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@skinbodyu.com or call 404-404-9038 with photos of the item and packaging. We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • Expedite your replacement or refund
